The short version
Some links on Founda Wellness are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I may earn a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be otherwise. The brand just shares a little bit of the sale with me as thanks for the referral.
Programs I'm in (or working on)
I participate in (or have applied to) affiliate programs from companies including Oura, Therabody, Hyperice, Eight Sleep, Whoop, iHerb, MasterClass, Athletic Greens, Magic Mind, Manduka, Plunge, Sun Home Saunas, and Amazon Associates (US and UAE). Most of these run through networks like Impact, ShareASale, Awin, CJ, Rakuten or LTK.
How I keep this honest
- I don't accept payment in exchange for a positive review.
- My rankings are based on real testing, the evidence where it exists, and value for money.
- If I recommend something, I'd use it myself, or I have. If I'd skip it, I'll say so.
- Where two products are both good, I'll usually prefer the one with the better affiliate program, but only between things I'd genuinely recommend.
FTC and Pinterest
I disclose this relationship clearly on every post that has affiliate links, and on Pinterest pins where it applies. This is in line with the FTC's 16 CFR Part 255, applicable UAE consumer rules, and Pinterest's affiliate policy.
