The short version
Some links on Founda Wellness are affiliate links, which means if you click one and end up buying something, we may earn a small commission. The price you pay is identical, the brand just shares a little of the sale with us as thanks for the referral. That's how the site pays for itself.
How we choose what to write about
We write reviews of products we already like, products we want to try, and products we think more people should know about. We test things for weeks or months before writing, and we always give the honest take, including when something doesn't work for us. If we'd skip a product, we'll tell you.
From time to time we may take on a sponsored or gifted review, but we'll always flag that clearly at the top of the relevant piece, and a paid relationship never buys a positive review. If we test something gifted and it isn't worth your money, we'll say so just as clearly.
Programs we participate in
We work with (or have applied to) a handful of affiliate programs, including but not limited to Oura, Therabody, Hyperice, Eight Sleep, Whoop, iHerb, Athletic Greens, Magic Mind, Manduka, Plunge, Sun Home Saunas, LMNT, Hoka, Brooks, Garmin, Coros, Elvie, and Amazon Associates (both US and UAE). Most of these run through networks like Impact, ShareASale, Awin, CJ or Rakuten.
FTC and Pinterest
We disclose affiliate relationships clearly on every post that contains affiliate links, and on Pinterest pins where it applies, in line with the US FTC's 16 CFR Part 255, UK ASA guidelines, applicable UAE consumer rules, and Pinterest's own affiliate policy.
