Who we are
Founda Wellness (wellness.founda.me) is run by Samantha Dixon and Billy Dixon. The site is the wellness publishing arm of Founda Intelligence (founda.me).
What data we collect
We collect the minimum we need to run the site and understand who's reading it. Specifically:
- Anonymous analytics. Pages you visit, where you came from, what device you're on, roughly where in the world you are. No personally identifiable information.
- Email, if you sign up to our newsletter. We use this to send you the newsletter. Nothing else.
- Email, if you contact us. Standard. We use it to reply.
- Affiliate click tracking. When you click an affiliate link, the destination network (Impact, ShareASale, etc.) tracks the click and any purchase that follows. We don't see your personal details, only the commission record.
We do not collect: payment information (we don't sell anything directly), health data, location data beyond country level, or anything you haven't given us.
Cookies and tracking
We use anonymous analytics cookies. Affiliate networks set their own cookies when you click their links, which is how they track which referral led to a purchase. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site still works fine without them.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties beyond:
- Our analytics provider (currently Vercel Analytics and/or Plausible) which receives anonymous traffic data only.
- Our email provider (when newsletter is live) which stores subscriber emails on our behalf.
- Affiliate networks, which see referral clicks (not your personal info).
Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, GDPR gives you the right to ask us what data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, ask us to delete it, or move it elsewhere. UAE consumer protection regulations broadly align. Email hello@founda.me and we'll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep data
Analytics: 26 months rolling. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe (one click in every email). Contact emails: until the conversation feels finished plus a year.
Changes to this policy
We update this when something materially changes (new tool, new data type). Last updated is at the top of the page.
